HIT refers to HIIT- High-Intensity Interval Training. HIIT involves short, intense bursts of exercise with less intense moves or complete rest in between. Essentially, it is crazy-efficient, which means you could be spending less time in the gym each week while still cashing in on all the fat-burning, metabolism-boosting, and heart-pounding benefits.

 

If you are not convinced that HIIT would work for you, try it out at Barn Santé! Admittedly, it is pretty tough, but it is over *finger snap* just like that!

 

HIT the Barn is small group training. This guarantees a high level of individual coaching. The right setup is crucial for safe execution of all the moves. HIIT gives you that extra push so that you discover your limit... and go just a little bit beyond.

BADASS BARN YOGA

BY APPOINTMENT 

 

Yoga, meditation and equine therapy combined, for an amazing and unexpected experience in a unique setting. You are guided through a series of gentle yoga postures while in connection with the horse, on the ground or mounted, depending on your own comfort level.

This magical experience is offered in either private 4 weekly sessions of about one hour -  - or let yourself and your friends be emerged in a 3 hour Full Barn Retreat Experience! (email for details)

DANCES WITH HORSES

EXCLUSIVELY FOR TRIBE ON FIRE MEMBERSHIPS

 

A beautiful Yoga inspired 45 minute journey with Tai Chi and Pilates combined.

 

The group is small and the experience is personal and intimate. This class is great introduction to yoga, tai chi and pilates if you are new to it and a refreshing twist on it if you are medium or advanced in one of them. From a basic level of fitness to very fit, everyone will leave the class feeling successful, as options for the moves are provided.
